Pressure Hoops Private Basketball Training sessions offer individualized coaching designed to meet each athlete’s unique goals and skill level. With one-on-one instruction, players receive focused attention, detailed feedback, and customized workouts that target their specific areas for improvement.
Each session is tailored to help players:

Private sessions provide an exclusive environment for players who want to accelerate their growth, correct weaknesses, and take their game to the next level. Every drill, rep, and lesson is designed with the player’s development and long-term success in mind.

Pressure Hoops Small Group sessions are designed to push athletes to elevate their game through focused, hands-on instruction. Each session emphasizes individual skill development within a small group setting, allowing players to receive personalized feedback while still benefiting from competitive drills and team-oriented learning.
Training focuses on key areas of growth, including:
Ball handling and control
Shooting form and consistency
Footwork, balance, and agility
Game IQ and decision-making
Finishing and scoring techniques
With limited group sizes, players get the attention they need to refine their fundamentals, build confidence, and translate their skills on the court. $120 for the month (4 trainings/$30 each)
$50 for a one time training
